Erik Paulson - 05/22/10 and 05/23/10

Erik Paulson will be giving a CSW/MMA seminar at Trident Academy (in Woodbridge, VA) on May 22nd and 23rd, 2010.  If you've never had the chance to train with Erik you should take this opportunity to do so.  Erik is an incredible instructor as well as being a phenomenal coach (who has trained and cornered some of the top MMA fighters in the world).

Training the Contra Sumbrada

The following video is from the early 1990's and I'm being assisted by my good friend Joe Marszalek.  Joe and I are demonstrating the High Box from the Contra Sumbrada series taught by Guro Dan Inosanto.  Note that we are doing it both right handed and left handed... :)

Eskrimadors

There is a new documentary on the Filipino martial arts that premiered last week in Cebu that some of you might be interested in.  It is called "Eskrimadors" and it highlights many of the old masters and tells of their many Juego Todo ("anything goes") fights and training methods.

There are a couple brief trailers from the documentary available online at www.eskrimadorsdocu.com if you are interested in getting a preview of the action.  No word yet when it will be available in the United States.
