Erik Paulson - 05/22/10 and 05/23/10
Erik Paulson will be giving a CSW/MMA seminar at Trident Academy (in Woodbridge, VA) on May 22nd and 23rd, 2010. If you've never had the chance to train with Erik you should take this opportunity to do so. Erik is an incredible instructor as well as being a phenomenal coach (who has trained and cornered some of the top MMA fighters in the world).
