Most of you heed my advice to work on your mobility (and any asymmetries you might have) on a regular basis. One of the cornerstone mobility exercises that I recommend is called "The Bretzel". It is a unique mobility drill that enhances thoracic spine mobility and helps to even out asymmetries in the hips and shoulders.
