Training with Erik Paulson

There are very few instructors that I recommend without reservation and Erik Paulson has been and always will be one of them.  His tremendous knowledge of grappling and striking are second only to his engaging personality and presentation style.  If you ever get a chance to train with him do so - and tell him I said "hello"!
