The Strongest Man in the World - and You

The strongest man in the world (at least one of them) has something in common with other Powerlifters, elite Military personnel, world-class athletes, top-tier martial artists, and soccer moms - Russian Kettlebells.  It doesn't matter is you are picking up a 1,000 pound bar or a bag of groceries at Giant, you need to have the ballistic hip extension and mobility that Kettlebells develop.  Listen, I can't pick up a 1,000 pound bar, and I'm guessing you can't either, but you don need healthy hips, a strong posterior chain, and the mobility to get up and down without help.

Take a tip from Andy Bolton, one of the strongest men in the world, and do your Kettlebell Swings and Turkish Get ups!
